Have a great sense of humor? Want to make others laugh?
We are looking for funny seniors to audition to join our community.  If selected, you’ll be invited to join our free comedy workshop series to build a 2-3  minute set and perform at senior living communities in the Metro Detroit area.

What to Expect

We want this to be fun and relaxed — not stressful!
Each participant will have a chance to share a short story, observations or whatever they prepared - 1-2 minutes.
Participants should feel free to bring notes - don't  
 

Two friendly judges will be there:

• The founder of Senior Comedy Community

• A fellow senior comic who's already part of the group
   

You're welcome to bring notes — this isn’t a memory test! We’re looking for style, content, and potential, not perfection. Whether you read, riff, or tell a joke off the cuff, we just want to see what makes you shine. If we think you’re a great fit, you’ll be invited to join our free workshop series where we’ll help you shape your own short comedy set and you'll have the opportunity to perform in front of senior communities.
